On September 19, Nigerian leader Bola Tinubu will make his inaugural address at the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. He is the fifth African leader to speak that day, delivering his statement around 6:00 p.m. (11:00 p.m. Nigerian time) during the afternoon session. This session will also feature other African leaders, including Abdelmadjid Tebboune of Algeria, Aziz Akhannouch of Morocco, and Macky Sall of Senegal. The general debate, which opens on September 19 and continues until September 29, marks a significant global diplomatic event.
